Jason Plato - British Touring Car Championship
Jason won more races than any other driver in the 2008 BTCC, but unfortunately it was not enough to secure victory in the overall championship. Jason finished 3rd overall and is now considering various offers after his team SEAT Sport announced they would not be competing in the BTCC next season.

Tesco 99 Octane British Rally Championship
The 5th round of the BRC at the Trackrod Yorkshire Rally on 27th September finished controversially when winner Guy Wilks was disqualified on a technicality. The win was therefore awarded to Mark Higgins, but Wilks and his team have appealed against the disqualification and the outcome of this process will determine the overall championship standings going into the final rounds at Wales Rally GB on 5-7th December.

TMS Racing - Dunlop Sport Maxx
The guys at Thorney finished the season on a high at Rockingham on 28th September. Leyton won the overall Championship in the Corsa and Simon came third in the Vectra. It was the result of a very hardworking and successful season. Congratulations!

Patrick Watts - Historic British Rally Championship
Patrick took yet another category one victory in the Tiger at the Trackrod Historic Cup Rally in Yorkshire on 27th September. He must now await the outcome of deliberations by officials concerning the Tour of Flanders rally result to see if he has secured the overall championship.

Andrew Burton - MSA BTRDA Championship
Andy did not have the best of luck at the Woodpecker Stages Rally on 30th August. An engine fire early in the rally forced him to withdraw, and he now faces a race against time to get the car repaired in time for the Plains Rally on 20th September.

Round Britain Offshore Powerboat Race
Tesco 99 Octane powered competitors as the official fuel of the 2008 Round Britain Offshore Powerboat Race. This was only the 3rd time in history the race has been held and attracted competitors from across the world. The overall winners were team Blue FPT from Greece.
