Report for January 2012
We are pleased this month to have exceeded to our target of 99% on-time deliveries. The latter part of the month was an extremely busy one for the distribution fleet, as we gained extra sales in anticipation of and following the interruption of supply from Petroplus sites.
The 24 delayed deliveries were due to: vehicles being off road (11); weather (3), haulier error (6), traffic delays (3); delays at terminal (1).
No customer stocked out of fuel during the month.
